Hull
- New bottom paint May 2023
- Removed skeg plate, inspected for wear on skegs, repair damage to fiberglass hull, Replaced hardware, Reinstalled skegs
- All items removed for update, servicing or repair have been remounted with proper materials to ensure a dry bilge.
Shafts/Props
- Shafts & Props Inspected
- Skegs and shaft(s) removed and Shaft(s) honed and balanced at machine shop
- Bearings and seals checked and replaced as needed
- Reinstalled, skegs, shafts and props
- Stern thruster removed, checked and reinstalled (watertight)
Rudders
- Rudders removed and inspected
- Shafts and Bearings checked for wear
- Hone and rework rudder shaft if necessary
- remove bearings, replace and repack bearing
- Starboard rudder refabricated with new welds, core and surface that was faired and painted
- Reinstall rudder, reinstall rudder bearing, reinstall collar, pack rudder seal, reinstall slave quadrant, reinstall quadrant, install drag link and align rudders.
Engine Room and Lazarette
- Cleaned & Prepped
- New Paint
Electrical/Engine
- Replaced one Battery Bank - Trojan t150 6volt deep cycle batteries
- R&I starter solenoid. remove and replace wire leads
