Waiting For Moorage?  Need Moorage?  We have On Land Moorage Available For You!  Closest to the San Juans!  Save Fuel and Get Where You Want To Go Sooner!

Custom designed for it's original owners by Simpson Marine Design, built by TD Manufacturing and outfitted by Bracewell Boatworks (all three out of Vancouver, BC), this stoutly equipped pilothouse combines fine workmanship with luxury.  Her interior appointments provide all the comforts for long range cruising (or living aboard) with every weld being smooth and seamless. Originally commissioned by a prominent BC marine architect for long term cruising and living aboard in the waters of western Canada and Alaska coasts, this pilothouse was designed and built by people in the Pacific Northwest from the Pacific Northwest to take you from its waters to many others.

Equipped with dependable Detroit diesel 6V92TA with 475 hp, she will give you a top speed of 15-16 knots knots when you need it, with a very economical cruise of 7-8 knots burning 1.5 gallons per nautical mile.  Her semi-displacement hull with molded-in spray rails above the waterline, along with a full length skeg keel, result in sea kindly performance in all types of waters.  Add to this the Wesmar active stabilizers (added in 2009), and you’ll find yourself solid and stable in any sea.

From the wide and protected full walk-around decks and completely covered cockpit, to the expansive lazarette and stand-up engine room, everything on this vessel was designed with a sense of accessibility, safety and ease – there’s no question she was designed by a seasoned cruiser who knows what’s important for successful long range cruising.  Her interior appointments are equally notable offering a large salon and galley (both on the same level), detailed pilothouse “command center” and three thoughtful staterooms with two heads (each with separate shower stall) – all kept warm year-round with the hydronic diesel furnace.

With the equipment and abundant spaces throughout, you are sure to be impressed with this hearty, yet luxurious vessel - we can't wait to get you aboard!

Check out her full specs for more in-depth information.

This vessel is moored in our On-Land Marina, call or come by anytime and we'll get you aboard her!

ENGINE ROOM / LAZARETTE / FUEL TANKS

The engine room is a true stand-up engine room - not merely a "compartment" like so many other vessels. There is a separate entrance door (lockable) through the cockpit, granting easy access to the main engines, generators, fuel management and equipment.  There are also two access-doors from the engine room aft to a large, stand-up lazarette which offers room for equipment storage and also contains steering gear.  Two access-hatches in the cockpit also permit entry into the lazarette, in which two additional aluminum water tanks are mounted, providing a total of 600 gallons.  The third fuel tank is located centerline in this space as well and is fitted with a transfer pump to the forward tanks via the fuel manifold; the other two fuel tanks are welded integrated tanks, with one forward the port engine and the other forward the starboard engine - the combined total fuel capacity is 950 gallons.

HULL AND DECK

The structure of this vessel is both solid and expansive with not a weld in sight - each and every one is fared-out and as smooth as can be (this is quality workmanship). All of the deck spaces and compartments are thoughtful in terms of ease-of-access and space, allowing even the saltiest of dogs room and access to work on anything aboard. The custom addition of the overhang above the cockpit, allowing for a generous upper boat-deck level with the flybridge, was expertly added by Philbrook's Boatyard in 2006-7.

From the helm seat, the visibility of this "command center" is supreme, providing views from about every angle.  She is appointed with a comfortable settee, that also serves as a day bunk, with an adjustable table.  Alongside the large chart table with drawers, are cabinets and stowage space that boast enough storage for every chart, manual and map even the most seasoned of mariners could possible have.  Finally, she offers a great bar refrigerator so the Captain can focus on navigation, not a thirsty or rumbling stomach.

The adjustable tables for each settee make this space a true entertaining gem and you and your guests can feast and drink until your hearts content. Comfort and style is also a consideration as the seat cushions memory foam and covered with the durable Sunbrella fabric.
