Waiting For Moorage?  Need Moorage?  We have On Land Moorage Available For You!  Closest to the San Juans!  Save Fuel and Get Where You Want To Go Sooner!

This vessel is proof that it's not about the age, it's about the condition: the second you step aboard, the luxurious teak interior will invite you on in and if you can stop drooling over the gorgeous teak and holly sole throughout, you'll see how well cared for this clean vessel truly is.

She offers a large swim platform and a good sized cockpit that brings you into the level entry salon with an up-galley (w/ amazing counter space) on the same level. The day head in this area has been keenly converted into a utility closet complete w/ a Splendid washer/dryer combo (it can be re-converted to a day head relatively easily).  Up just a few steps you will discover the generously sized pilothouse that is equipped with port and starboard side doors for easy access to the wide teak walk-around side decks.  Getting to the flybridge is a breeze with the stairs from the pilothouse - this boat is extremely easy to negotiate for those that have mobility issues.

To access the forward accommodations, head down the gorgeous semi-circular staircase from the pilothouse. The forward owner's suite boasts a centerline queen berth with spacious hanging lockers and excellent stowage capacity.  The guest stateroom is aft of the owner's stateroom on the starboard side; it's equipped with a single top bunk and a full sized lower bunk.  Opposite the guest stateroom is the roomy head with sink, vanity, Vacuflush electric toilet and separate shower/tub.

She's equipped with twin Volvo Penta 140hp Diesel engines - the current hour meters report 1980 hours on the port engine and 1886 hours on the starboard. These hour meters appear to have been replaced at some point, and this was done prior to the current owner purchasing the vessel.

The current owner has been caring for this fine vessel for fifteen years (since 2006) and has made many improvements and updates over the years, including re-wiring the entire boat.  This vessel has definitely been his "baby" throughout the years and it's finally time for another family to enjoy all she offers. We're are pretty sure he would love to communicate with you after the purchase if you need any questions answered or just knowledge and advice about the boat (he's that cool of a guy).

This truly classic vessel is out of the water in a dry moorage facility in Anacortes just minutes away just across from our facility.  You will love seeing her out of the water so you can appreciate her robust hull.  Give us a call today so we can get you aboard!
