We've come up with a unique concept in the brokerage of
boats. We keep all our boats out of the water on our 1.5
acre sales lot. We have over 35 boats that can be viewed
in one location. No more running around from marina to
marina. We have built a walkway around the boats that is
very similar to a dock. From the walkway, you can access
every boat in our lot!

We use a KMI Sea-Lift to move boats ranging in
size from 28'-60', from water to land faster and more
safely than ever imagined. The Sea-Lift was
designed for safety, comfort, and has the capability
to carry a boat from the launching ramp across the
street to our sales yard in just minutes. The Sea-Lift
has self-guiding arms that gently direct the boat on
inflated rubber tubes supported by 1" thick steel
encapsulated beams, then hydraulically lifts the
boat almost level out of the water. This machine will
soon make the "travel-lifts" of the past obsolete.

Owner, John Ripley, literally grew up with boats. As a kid his
family went sailing every weekend, rain or shine. At age 26 he
started his career selling Bayliners and Carvers for Olympic
Yacht Center in Seattle. John was with Olympic for 24 years,
the last 10 years as their top salesman! For those of you who
have met John, we think you will find this amusing: John has
two degrees from the University of Washington - one in
Communications Theory and one in Sociology. If you have
ever heard John talk at his usual speed of 100 words per
second, you'll understand! John has been married for over 30
years to Connie. His knowledge of boats is endless and he
can spend hours (if you let him) telling you everything you
wanted to know about boats but were afraid to ask.
